001. Rhyolite – 17 grams

Rhyolite is quite common in geothermal regions, like Landmannlaugar, kerlingarfjöll or þingvellir. This one on the other hand was picked far away from geothermal areas so it must have travelled far with rivers. It was found on the south-east corner of Iceland.

Rhyolite presents support for emotional balance and is ideal to help release deep-seated wounds and patterns. It's often called the "stone of resolution" because it's thought to encourage facing the truth and prosessing past trauma.
