028. Ocean polished limestone – 16 grams
This stone gets it beauty from the red line through it from top to bottom, but also the fact that it has been polished by the streams of the ocean. Limestone is a sedimentary rock, formed mostly of the minerals calcite or aragonite. It's formed mainly through the accumulation of marine organisms skeletal fragments such as coral and foraminifera.
This stone was picked on the east part of the south coast, not to far from the Diamond beach.
